How is the CAPM course structured?
Our CAPM® Exam Preparation & Certification courses are regularly held in Kuala Lumpur, and our corporate and group training programmes are available across Malaysia.
Our public classroom sessions are 3-days (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and are accompanied by 6 months of e-Learning and Online Support. Our courses are scheduled to accommodate working professionals who may not be able to complete the full 3-day course within one week - therefore we regularly conduct weekday sessions.
Our training facilitators begin each day with the core concepts, distilled into fundamentals and principles that are memorable and easy to understand. Our trainers have over 20 years of experience in Project Management training and use a variety of illustrations, case studies, and mind maps to reinforce key learnings and important tips (and hints) for the exam.
Our trainers are fluent in English & Bahasa, with a solid grasp of Indian & Chinese dialects.
Our classroom sessions are lively, and filled with a back-and-forth between our trainers and students, engaging in discussions that address real-life scenarios. We emphasize the sharing of our trainers' experiences and using storytelling techniques to ensure you won't forget any critical details in the exam. After each topic, we provide a set of practice exam questions for students to complete and the answers will be discussed in class.
We keep our classes lively and exciting, and we provide a complete breakfast and tea, with regularly scheduled breaks in between (every 1.5 to 2 hours) to keep you fresh and engaged.
Can I get funding support?
Our courses are registered under the HRDCorp Claimable Course, which is available for companies looking to encourage retraining and upskilling of employees in line with the company's business needs. PMP Malaysia's PMP® Exam Preparation & Certification courses are 100% claimable under this scheme.
When you enroll, a small deposit is needed to book your seat. The remaining payment can be payable at the end of the class. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheques or cash. Contact us for further details on payment.
What happens if I fail the CAPM course in Malaysia?
Failing is highly unlikely if you have followed 4 Weeks Study Plan.
We advise our students to take the exam only after they have gotten the go-ahead from their training facilitator. We will recommend a date to sit for the exam based on the results of mock exams we prepare for our students.
In the unfortunate event that you fail our mock exam or CAPM® exam, our facilitators will identify your areas of weakness and get you up to speed. You will be invited to attend any future revision classes for free until you pass the exam.
I haven’t sat for the exam yet and want to get a refresher. Is that possible?
YES. In most cases, you should take the exam within 1 month or so to maximize your chances of passing. But if you have been busy or just couldn’t find the time to take the exam, you can and are encouraged to come to our class for a quick refresher before taking the exam.
We will continue to support you right until you become a CAPM and pass your exam with flying colors.
We arrange Tutorial Sessions for our students, where questions and answers are discussed, and we go through practice exam papers. You can also ask or meet with our training facilitators whenever to discuss answers and tackle difficult questions. Additionally, e-Learning and Online Support is available to you for 6 months from the date of activation.
